Maison Aera is conceived as a complete creative environment. The architecture, interiors, objects, visual identity and imagery presented through this website form part of that creative work.

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights in original material presented on this website are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Maison Aera IKE and/or the respective identified creator.

01 — CREATIVE WORK

The creative material presented through Maison Aera may include, without limitation, concepts, spatial layouts, interior designs, furniture, objects, product designs, tableware, graphics, visual identities, packaging, illustrations, drawings, renderings, photographs, films, written material and other original creative works.

Such material is protected under applicable Greek, European Union and international intellectual-property laws.

02 — MAISON AERA

The Maison Aera name, lion device, visual identity, graphic language and associated brand elements may not be reproduced, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

No use of Maison Aera material should imply an association, collaboration, endorsement or other relationship with Maison Aera where none exists.

03 — CAMPANARIO & STOA

The creative identities and original material associated with Campanario and STOA, including their names, identities, graphics, packaging, tableware, objects, product concepts and related visual material, form part of the Maison Aera creative environment.

Any rights in such material are reserved by their respective rights holders.

04 — ARCHITECTURAL & SPATIAL MATERIAL

Floor-plan concepts, spatial layouts, architectural visualisations, interior compositions, drawings and other design material displayed on this website may not be reproduced, copied, adapted, developed or used as the basis for another project without the permission of the relevant rights holder.

Technical architectural studies, engineering documentation and other professional material produced by third-party consultants remain subject to the rights of their respective authors and are not claimed by Maison Aera except where expressly agreed otherwise.

05 — OBJECTS & PRODUCT DESIGN

Original furniture, lighting, vessels, tableware, accessories, packaging and other objects presented within the World of Maison Aera, Campanario, STOA or elsewhere on this website may constitute protected creative works.
